Do you own Van Helsing I or II and have no discount? Read this!
Stay tuned guys, we are in communication with Steam so we can find out why is this happening.

UPDATE:
The 10% off is the launch discount (because we did not get that either for some reason) and we just got it!

We are still working on the discount for our veteran players. Stay tuned! We are getting there.

I think I'll hold off on buying for a day or so until it gets sorted, as I have VH1 & VH2 + Deathtrap too

Oh crap I just bought the game for £12, will i get the £2.40 refunded? I don't mind paying £12 but will be slightly annoying knowing I could of got it cheaper if just waited a while!

It is, but Deathtrap is a different title with no relation to the Van Helsing franchise! :)

Well I have supported this company so if they are serious about supporting their customers they should be able to do this !
