3D Acceleration Not Supported (Windows 8) ???

Unable to enable 3D Acceleration in my PvZ game (windows 8), it used to work fine in Windows 7 - Not sure what i'm missing... my graphics driver is upto date.... only in games like PvZ, Bejeweled or Zuma facing this issue - any suggestions??

Would be nice if we could get a fix. Getting real annoyed when the game tells me my computer does not meet the minimum requirements.

Upgrade your computer back to Windows 7. You'll have better games compatibility, and get rid of the big steaming pile of sh.it that is Windows 8

The game's engine hates windows 10 and 8, i don't think there is a fix for this. Is your graphics card ATI or AMD

when i posted this originally i was using AMD HD Radeon 5750 with Win 8/8.1 these games didn't work, now i'm using Nvidia GTX960 Win 10 - Issue seems to be resolved atleast for PvZ - yet to try other games. i think it's not related GFX card but with OS itself.

,clique no icone do jogo com o botão direito ,propriedades ,compatibilidade e marque : executar este programa em modo de compatibilidade : windows xp (Service Pack 3)

I had the same problem but I also found a solution
Just run the game in Windows 7 compability pack mode
