BUG: Ronald still wearring the spacesuit
If you finish act 2 by loading the artillery, Ronald still wears his spacesuit during the following cutscene, in the CEO's office...

... and the O2 meters stays for the whole Act 3...

Yes, it was a purely graphic issue that did not prevent further progression.

Yep, still able to finish the game without any problem. And just a side note, in my gameplay for each shot Ronald takes at the (smart) individual at the CEO office, the space suit vanishes but comes right back after each shot.
