Report a translation problem
go to your graphic card control panel and just set the Anti Aliasing to " Application Controlled ", you probably have the anti-aliasing set to bypass game settings right now, that's where the problem come from.
After this restart the game and the menus should display correctly and you will be able to set your keybinds to fit your needs.
Edit: je viens de voir que t'étais un FR :) Donc en version langue de Molière ce serra peu être plus simple :
Va dans le panneau de contrôle de ta carte graphique et règle l'anti Alisasing ( chez AMD ils appellent ça "Mode d’Anticrénelage" sur " Utiliser les paramètres de l'application ", plus ou moins la même chose sur les cartes nvidia, actuellement tu dois être sur "Améliorer / Outrepasser les paramètres de l'application" c'est ce qui cause le problème des menus vides,
Relance le jeu et ensuite les menus devraient apparaitre a nouveau et il serra possible de changer les touches a ta guise :)
