Yes, there are lots. I play the game almost daily and I never struggle for servers, neither in the morning or the night time. Just bear in mind that, as with all realism focused shooters, this game has a high learning curve - but trust me; once you get used to the rifleman class and the worryingly satisfying feeling of shooting a guy at 150+m and then manually working the bolt, you'll be hooked.

if you are looking spefically for rising strom maps, they are far fewer and usually you will find a populated server in the busier times of the day.

but stalingrad maps are always full
