so i downloaded red orchestra heroes of stalingrad game of year edition for free today and was wondering if i got rising storm also because it says i have it

NO, RS did not come with RO 2 yesterday. You may be the second person how is reporting this issue. I've passed it on to Valve to look at.

the version i downloaded wasnt just RO 2 it also had heroes of stalingrad game of year edition. in my library it says i have RS but then also says to download the 3 day beta. but i can play RS without downloading the beta so i think i might have the game?

The game you need to install is: Rising Storm/Red Orchestra 2 Multiplayer.
