Apparently you can, a player called The Asian Driver has mentioned it several times. At some point I'll organise testing it on a server with him, unfortunately I've just moved and started a new job and don't have a huge amount of time to do so.

I'm sure you can do it with a satchel I jumped on one as a japan player and saved C Gun on betio.

I forget can you pickup up primed grenades? I remember in DoD:source, once I caught a grenade in mid air, it wasnt even a hand grenade, it was one fired from the K98 which made it even more awesome.

It worked in RO and DH and it still works on RO2. If a player prones on a nade he can in fact protect other players around from the blast.

They should add a team bonus for doing that. +1 point for each teammate you save, maybe add a multiplier, for saving multiple people.

I dont think you need direct points for every single thing you do. If you save teammates from a enemy nade, you are already saving reinforcements. If it is a friendly nade you save you or somebody else from getting doing teamkills.

I think it was an entirely legitimate question. I've been meaning to try it out for a while, but grenades are not always forthcoming, or I'm busy concentrating, or the enemy is canny and cooked it so that it went off before I could react. So yeah, asking in the forums is entirely legitimate.

Should I take down my guide because everything in it can be worked out for one's self if you just practice long enough?

Look for a website called ''www.google.com'' and the first thing you see, is this bar where you can input some words. Search something like ''Saving teammates on RO2 by diving on grenade''. I started a discussion about this topic and wanted to hear what people thought or knew about the subject. I didn't want to test in game or google... I wanted to ask other players on Steam. Are you like kazuma and unable to grasp what a forum is?
