Can not get this game to Run anymore used to work but now stopped

Was working last week now has stopped working just says ROF is not responding , has there been an update , anyone else getting this , win7 64bit

Had this problem once, but I fix these things too intuitively. It is not a corrupted file, but it is a saved file that needs to be zapped, literally a one-liner in steam apps......, or it's a file where the last four numbers on a line need to be changed back. I don't remember which, but look in steam apps to start. Don't ask how I figured out the four numbers; it was not guesswork; it was more dumb luck; beyond that again I just don't remember.

Hi gents fix this by deleteing the game folder , in C:\Users\******\Documents\My Games .........then rebooted computer and all started to work again thanks for your replys .
