Find server from IP numbers?

So i'd like to find a server.

The servers IP address was posted on tripwires forums. 74.91.112 etc...

How do I go abount finding this server, with those numbers?

You can directly join a server by IP if you open the console and type in:
open IPaddress

Then, press enter. You can then favorite the server once you've made it in.
