Yeah I know I don't mind the getting killed by it part, just the amount of supression it gives out. Another pet peeve I have - being prone and then some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on your own team starts running ontop of you as he's taking fire, revealing your position. Or shoting from a window and having some guy stand infront of you.
I said anti fun though, not what would actually happen in real life. It's like saying if I die once in game I shouldn't respawn because if I got shot in real life...
You should get involved in PR. Advocating game balance ideas in a forum for the game isn't that strange nor is it warranted to say "Dont play it if you dont like it :P" responses. Its feedback..
I get that suppression is a decent mechanic and how it works with MGs also makes sense, I'm saying the time duration of an artillery strike and the supression it brings seems too long to me.
Also can you get dud grenades/shells in this?
I haven't seen any.
And you think that you could just bandage a bullet wound to the chest too? They have fun over realism compromises already.
And like I said i'm on the game forum leaving game feedback. that's how I dealt with it
This is the games' forum, inside the overarching steam community forum... and I've had interactions with devs over steam before when I've left feedback on other games... sometimes I haven't . Doesn't mean I won't leave any feedback again though.
