getting kicked in to the main menu right after joining server
I've played the game for 140 hours and never had problems and now i just cant play it.
Why ?

A previous update to RO2 / Rising Storm allowed server admins to auto-kick players with previous VAC bans on their account, regardless of the game in which the ban took place. Server admins can set the date since last ban cut off, though most are pretty severe in their punishment. You may be able to find servers still welcoming your status, though most will terminate connection immediately.

To work around this problematic patch, enable family sharing with a clean account and play on that. You'll have to start from rank 10, but it's better than being locked out completely.

Just modded a game and play the mod in multiplayer with friends.

about one out of a hundred admit it. most use this reason and i don't remember any of thewm admitting they knew modding was a bannable offense.

well most are propably telling the truth, one of my friends got banned for modding aswell

You aren't a particularly smart bunch modding a server and having VAC enabled. It would also still be ranked. Unintentionally hacking.

what's your point? we know most of the guys that got bans claim they were only "modding a server". since it was against the rules and a bannable offence, what's the difference? i bet your friend says he didn't know he was breaking the rules as well, right?

VAC can also ban you for piracy as well.
