Aye, I can confirm that it runs smooth as well, even when I layed on my crappy older laptop. I believe that the game is more CPU heavy than it is GPU, as even I can run this game ~80 fps with only a gtx 1050 and an i7-7700k on ultra.

In all seriousness though check through the items on the pinned technical support thread and see if any of those improve your FPS. Also there are FPS and Graphics Fixes in the Guides section so check those.

I play it on Intel HD4000. Runs fine with over 30 FPS on low-med.
