Seriously Bad Lag

I have got a GTX 1060 and a i7 6700k and I am getting 10 fps on the lowest settings! Please help

I have a GTX 1070 with 8GB catch, (spelled wrong, sorry),and a i7k 6700 4GHz too, and i get 60fps, with everything on ultra.
So first thing to ask is, have you up dated your drivers, are you using a HDMI cable ? Have you set up your GeForce Experience controls ? I only ask because I had the same problem, was trying to use my old montor, had to by a new one that could handle the GeForce 1070 at 1920x1080, and go to the HDMI cable.
With this added infomation that you ansure with mmore help will come.

did u check the ping ? sometimes its the servers they go suddenly to 980 ping lol happened twice yesterday

I have my drivers updated, I am using a HDMI cable and my monitor is very modern

yep it will turn into a slideshow lol also 300-400 ping damn try to find at least one between 70 to 130 max anything above will be annoying

fps comes from hardware
ping from internet connection.

try to delete folder in mydocuments and check the nvidia settings

That's not how that works.

Ping and FPS are entirely independant from one another.

yeah what i meant tho is if he has a bad ping ppl around him will start teleporting which will make him think its his frames dropping

The thing is that is your fps counter updating frequently enough. Steam fps counter is literally slow and unreliable compared to Fraps for example

I think the game might be using your integrated graphics processor instead of your GTX1060?
