What? You're literally asking a question when you're calling it a copy at the same time.
And Gaijin already made a post about this on the forums.

I just don’t know how this game could have been developed without doing so hand and hand with Crossout. Something is off. I would love to hear from the Creator.
Crossout is a LOT like Scraps to the point that I'd be a little surprised if they didn't know about Scraps when making it, but obviously I have no internal knowledge of what they're thinking. They're definitely going after the Robocraft crowd as well.
I mean there is only so many possibilities:
They straight up stole your game
They bought it off you for their own use
You managed to get access to a VERY early iteration and market it as your own (seems not worth the risk and effort)
You have been working with their team since the begging and got permission to launch a test version of the game to see how players responded and how the mechanics worked before more money was put into pushing Crossout into development.
Yes Scraps came way before Crossout did so they may well have taken some "inspiration". If it's as blatant as you say it is then that's a bit of a ♥♥♥♥ move, I didn't realise it was quite that similar.
Well everyone says a game copied another game.
Who knew that someone could make a game, and own the rights to a genre in the way that making a game with the same genre would be a copy.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ People
Since the last news post I've put in a new primary firing mode:

I've also finished all the content for Gauntlet world 1. When I've finished world 2, I'll post a new update again. It's about half done right now. It's got snow and ice: http://i.imgur.com/Arn1Z3v.jpg
Then I've still gotta write the actual proper framework around Gauntlet mode, test it a bunch and tweak things, but then the NEXT update can be an actual game update with an early playable version of Gauntlet mode in it.
