Does the framerate go back to 5 FPS if you go back to the character menu and play some more matches in free battle?

Since the shadows are back after you start a new match yes, it will go back to it's original state.

It doesn't work. 1 - medium quality, 0 - low quality

it can't be in the config.ini....My shadowquality is on 0 and the bug made the game run awesomly just for a few minutes in the fight....I don't think the shadowquality is it

Developers just need to add this feature to the game, if they have difficulties with optimization. And everyone would be happy, maybe ..
