Unfortunately 001 doesn't support any ad models that require Java, so this is something we'll unlikely be able to implement any time soon.

What computer language is 001 written in?

Primarily VB6 with some C++

I know appodeal (https://www.appodeal.com/home/) supports the Basic4Android platform. Since Basic4Android is also a basic language it might be possilbe to import this into 001.

I also noticed that Leadbolt (https://www.leadbolt.com/) also has a Basic4Android sdk.

It also looks like Enhance (https://enhance.fgl.com/?utm_expid=98577763-22.Uq9G0nCjQ32zTtBNwIb1gw.0) might work with 001 since enhance works on finished .apk files. I will do a small test with Enhance and see if it works.
