Why has my ORder of war been deleted from my steam account? Devs?

I have my booklet with the cd-key.

Are you the worst developers that dont answer customer questions like in World of tanks ?
or can you be polite enought to answer.

Devs are not visiting steam-hub of this game

Publisher of this game is SquareEnix(support holder), not Wargaming.

hmm interesting., I mean Wargaming made the game but you mean I should check with square enix...its just really weird that it was erased from my account since the game is still her on steam.
