infinite loading after first scene

Some people are saying it finishes weirdly enough after like 7-10 minutes. Still this is an annoying bug to go through. Otherwise people who have actually gotten into the game are saying it works just fine and runs really well.

Also, it apparently is linked to Avast or AVs removing about 80MB of data from the main install download. Go Verify the Game Cache in the Properties for the game in Steam. And it'll download the missing data.

Another possible fix might be having to use English voices. But that didn't work for me, since I had the problem from the start using English voices (FFXIII is one of the few series I don't like the Japanese VO in).

i tunred of the dlc enabled english voice and rebooted my long loading ended.
