What is new Update (06.05.2016)???

I see 2-mb update in this hour - what is it?

Really? Before I ran it as admin, my troop counts for spearmen would be 50. Now it is 100, and I lowered all of the settings. It seems to crash mid-turn if there is going to be a big battle. And I only mean from the strategy map.

When I run it in Compatability mode, it crashes before I get to the menu screen.

Unit size? Perhaps you're doing something wrong. I still able to adjust it from 50 to 200 in the performance section of the settings, no matter how I run the game. You can't change unit size in the current campaign, you have to start a new one.

I don't get it, it was working fine before the patch. Now all it does is crash anytime there is a big battle. I've tried changing all of the settings, and nothing is working.

New update (6.4 mb - 11.05.2016). Again without changelog, text in "News updates". Nasty publisher.

Pretty sure all these updates are is new upcoming game ads for the launcher... How has no one said this yet?

The ads are always a small MB size, and pretty obvious when you see it happen over multiple TW games...

This time I guess the update just broke playability for some.

Perhaps. CA still haven't added the launchers to Rome, Medieval 2, Empire, Napoleon and Shogun 2. It's not like they care about it.

A quick look at the local files in Windows Explorer revealed that the only files which were changed in this most recent update are .dll files related to the launcher, and the launcher itself. I'm starting to wonder if this going to be a daily thing for Medieval and Shōgun...

Probably just just an update to the launcher. Total War: Warhammer got the Blood for the Blood God DLC today.

No. "devs" in dream and don't want write patch notes for user's. We are bags of money, not people for publisher.

Now I am starting to feel glad I preserved my old disk.

SEGA/CA are absolutely disgusting. And yes, we are all money bags to them, or else we wouldn't have faced the horrifying train wreck that was Rome 2 and still have to pay for more DLCs in Attila.
