My friend and I have connected a gamepad and keyboard and want to play on the same screen. How to do it? There is nothing about it in the game

Hello. Will it be possible to play that game on Steam Deck? My wife really love to play that game with me, but from Ipad it is super bad user experience, so we probably will buy Deck
