Queueing with 4

If I can't queue with 4 people, why is it even an option? Just a giant ♥♥♥♥ tease, really. "Oh look, we can queue with our friends- NOPE NEVERMIND." Pretty sure S2 just trolled me... ;-;

You can go 5 vs 5 that will be more fair, than go 4 +1 vs 5 random palyers :) That is why

5v5 in scrims, not in casuals. And just because we're 4 doesn't mean it can't match us with a different 4... That's called good matchmaking.

No it isn't, is a win in 98% if you play agaist random 5 palyers

No what I'm saying is that the matchmaking should put a 4 queue against ANOTHER 4 queue. I NEVER said they should match us with randoms.

How many 4 queues do you think there are? I'd assume they're probably pretty rare since this game doesn't really have hundreds of thousands of players, most people are probably either queueing by themselves or with a friend

This thread - this is why I just came here. Not being able to queue with a party of 4, like every other moba, is really putting me off. Completely agree with Kamikaze Kitten - should attempt to match with another party of 4 and then 1 random on each side. Maybe a warning that queuing with a party of 4 might take a few minutes, that's fine. Give us the option and we will come!

I was under the impression that they'd just removed big-party-queueing because of a shortage of players, coupled with people complaining about going up against 5-queues when most of the other team is solo or duos -- as such I figured they'd remove this limit once more players joined, which seems to have happened now with Steam... Is this incorrect?

(Should mention that I too would like the 4 and 5 queues back, please)

I also have a team of 4 total that wants in. Doing research I saw that Stife removed the 4-5 man queueing when it released on steam. Which sucks. It really took the wind out of our team's sails.I mean, "Yeah! We can play with our friends that play MOBA's! It'll be great getting a new one in and... What? Why can't... Only 3? What the heck?"

well, not being able to play with my 3 or 4 other friends is an automatic not playing for me. what's wrong with wanting to play with 3 of my buddies? Just give us higher level random opponents like League does.

I agree with both of you. Its really frustrating. Especially since I livestream and my viewers want to get into games, and it makes it WAY harder to queue with them as a group.
