Crash during Subway Loading Scene - Information Needed

Hi everyone. Our teams have been actively working to identify the exact cause of the crashes during the subway loading scene in Prague (Martial Law).

If you are experiencing these crashes, can you please share more information by answering the questions below (in order):

1. Which platform are you playing on?
2. What is your PSN, XBL or Steam ID?
3. What did you do when returning to Prague? In what order did you complete your objectives before experiencing the crash?
4. Did you trigger hostility before the crash occurred, or were you perfectly stealthy?
5. Do you have any of the DLC content or pre-order bonuses, such as grenades, special weapons, or augmentations?
6. Are you playing online or offline?

3. I completed all sidequests before the issue, first helped the newspaper,then did the dvali mission, then did the harvester, talked to sarif and talked to the TF leader who asked me to come back to the other section of town

I would either blame SM10 or SM03 - No suspect anymore, seems like some people can finish them just fine, even those posting here, and some can't.

I also tried every station, no station works.

3. Completed SM3, then SM10, started SM11 and SM12 and wanted to complete them but I can't because I need to move to another station and the game crashes.

3. it was a couple of days ago so I don't remember completely, but I remember Finishing the Harvester Quest, then heading to the Metro station to meet with Miller.

3. I don't remember for sure, but I recall meeting with Vega, then talking to Miller, then talking to Sarif, and then finally going to the metro to continue the main mission.

edit: Crash also occurs with build v1.0 build 524.6 (after a save - load) and I was so free the upload the log and dump for you from that build (Don't get it with the current build).

Freed K&Co - started the Harvester Quest (SM11) after talking to the doctor the issue occured the first time (going back to the girl) - continued the main mission M14 (in the same sector I think) and should now travel/walk to my apartement. Non-Quest stations work fine it's just Capek Fountain Station (2 missions now) that causes a crash.

3. Went to Dvali territory, found Radich Nikoladze's office. Crashing on my way back to Adam's apartment for next step. I did every other quest before going to Dvali territory.
4. Perfectly stealthy but I have tried all kinds of approaches (like every possible station).
5. I have all the stuff installed that came with pre-order but I don't remember claiming any of them.

Also almost did not solid saves, I had only one save, which was made in 5 hours before the crash
