I have bought this game and the language is not only in english, you can change it to spanish. If is possible change the languages available, Steam.

When I click on the french flag, ther is a message which says that the language file will start downlaoding, but nothing happen after. My game still in English.
Can I solved this issue?

I did this, and when I click on french flag, the game is freezing. And the folder on my android, is not calling uk.co.revolution.BSII.fr/ but is calling uk.co.revolution.BSII.humblebundle
