Great I have no games!
So non reading about uPLAY issues I bought this game, I have logged into uPlay and it tells me I have no games!

WTF!

You still have to launch the game through Steam. That is Valve restriction. Otherwise, Ubisoft would just bypass Steam and let you launch the game directly.
