On Summary, worse than an older, average, but very similar, game. From Dust was also very short.
This game is fun, but definitely different. The best part of the game is the last level that lets you play basically a sandbox with all of the powers. It is fun to replay that level over & over because you can shape the map anyway you want. Otherwise the game is only fair at best. This game plays much better with a 360 controller. Don't bother trying to play with a mouse or you will be disappointed.
For me the best part was that the latter half of the missions made you feel like you actually had choice in how you completed things. There wasn't one and only one way to do it. For example on one level i made a huge rock cauldron and let all the lava drain into it instead of dealing with flowing lava around my villages all the time.
