stuck in a butcher-house-like area...

hello, i've discovered the whole area but there's no where else to go... i was able to get here by riding a train cart for the 2nd time.. there is also a console/panel where i can "play" sort of a game but i don't understand it.. please help..

Well there should be a cave behind the butcher-house wich leads you to the next Area.
