Yes, but the game is pants and piss poor compared to the real Call of Juarez games. Its unplayable for me, i either have screeching distorted sound or no audio at all.. I get this on onboard sound (Asus Rampage IV Extreme) or on Xfi card. The game has been abandoned by Ubisoft who initially answered tickets as though its the first time they heard anybody say there was a problem with Audio.. then after i sent them samples, not even an acknowledgement.. they just ignored and never bothered answering. To be honest, its a Techland game and i advise you to steer clear of anything by them... all the titles of theirs that i have, contain serious bugs or dont even start.. some are still being sold on steam. Save your coins for something decent ;-)

I can confirm it runs perfectly in 4K resolution maxed settings on windows 10 also.
