I wish to record Bejewelled Endless mode and post a video here on steam, but I don't know how. Please help.

Basically, I wish to record me setting up a chain explosion, then setting it off. the hardest part of that is recording it from Steam/Steam Overlay. Is there a way to do it, or do I need a special program from Steam?
