Framerate issues?

Not sure if the devs are still reading this, but I figure it's worth asking around.

On Windows 10 with 16GB ram and a 980Ti, I'm getting noticeable frameskips and jittering while in the main menu, let alone walking around in game. It's unclear why this is - I'm certainly not expecting it to be due to my setup - and reinstalling doesn't help at all. Anyone else run into this issue?

Came here looking for this.

Just opened it up on 1080 to a mind boggling 20fps.

This same machine can get 45fps on Doom at 3K, Ultra.

Either this game is the perfect example of poor optimization, or theres something wrong.
