When I do try to launch the DFTFD , it just crashes :(

Bummer thats strange, works fine for me however im on Win 7

i am runing it in Win 10 Pro 64 bit , on i7 4790k gtx1070 and on HD7970
questions:
1. do you use pirated win or legal
2. what are your hardware spec
3. what drivers are you using
4. have you tried runin the game in compatibility mode
5. what error do you get
6. is your windows up to date with the latest updates
7. have you tried reinstaling the game
8. try using your onboard integrated gpu and remove your main gpu
9. remove or disable any antivirus software
