Does DF:LW run on modern operating systems? (Win7 / Win8)
Will Delta Force: Land Warrior on Win7 & Win8?

And if it does work, are there any hoops that I have to jump through to get it up and running?

win7 is ok,but if you play online,you'll need to set the application compatibility mode to "Windows XP SP2". As for win8,it can play too,but always have Window bar even if you choose Full screen

Fortunately I haven't experienced any issues under Windows7.

last i knew there was issues with x64 hopefully this has been addressed?

Just finished the SP campaign on Win 7 x64 without any problems. No crashes or problems whatsoever.
