Hi @Elnur80, yes! We definitely want to include German and Russian! We may have some news soon. Of course we are talking about subtitles and interface.

And @Mindrax, if the community wants to help, that would be awesome! Such as the guys from Fallout Generation did with the French localization, so we are here in case anyone wants to help. Anyway we will do our best efforts to do this additional localizations, but cannot promise nothing yet, we will let you know when we have done some progress there.
