I got this game for free in a Nvidia Instagram giveaway years ago. Absolutely love the DOOM styled gameplay with various weapons and beautiful levels. There's a lot of fun to be had with this game!

The first game was WORLDS better. If you liked that one, do NOT expect this to be anything like it. This plays more like Borderlands where you get a load of weapons except in this they actually all feel unique more or less. The combat is so boring you end up running past everything. The enemies are sponges even on the easiest difficulty and the game is over saturated in superfluous weapon slot upgrade pickups. It's hard to care and too much of a chore if you did. The story was dumb and not interesting, they buffed it with a load of filler, and it is just a giant snooze fest. I played co-op with my brother who enjoyed it so I endured but I would have abandoned this if not for that. The only thing this has going for it is that it is pretty sometimes. You'll get tired of the same maps over and over though so that gets old quick.
