Also - Check to be sure your mousedrivers are up-to-date and you're running a version compatible with your OS. For instance, if you opted for the "Win 10 update" instead of a full Win10 install, you may have legacy mouse drivers borking up or otherwise confusing things. If you didn't do a full install of Win10 and only did an "update" install, then go through the process of uninstalling any manufacturer specific mouse drivers, default to the system mouse driver, then download and install the newest Win10 mouse drivers from your manufacturer's website.
Minimizing a window will force a refresh when it's refocused, so that would make sense if it's a graphics/driver issue.
