Game won't run

Any ideas? .... I click play steam says preparing game thant dissappears and ..... nothing happens? Anyone else have iths problem?

It happens to me with other games, but I found an another way around. I don't know what causes this though... õ_o
This tricks works with most of the game I had troubles with.

Well, if you did not find a way yet, here's how I procede. Not complicated, and worth a try since you don't need much to do, nor any game breaking changes:
I right-click on the game's name on the left column, and choose properties. Then, I click on the button that shows the local folders, and start the game with the application icons directly from there. And bam, here we go.
Though, some games "explicitely" want you to start the game from the steam interface, let's hope this ain't the case for this one. s:

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunatly this game just errors as soon as I try runnig it that way. The search continues :/

The reason you're getting a shutdown in Steam and that you're getting an error on direct startup is probably the same... what is the error message you're getting?

If your steam app is not installed on drive C: , then try installing the game to C: when it asks where to install it (create a new steam folder on C: with the dialog that opens).

Also make sure your running the correct 32 bit or 64 bit for your computer!!!
