4K (3840x2160) resolution
How can I force Lego Star Wars to this resolution? I am sure it is possible

If it is not hardcoded into the engine, I'm sure you could edit the settings file to reflect this resolution.

I tried changing the file in Users\Name\Appdata\Local\LucasArts\Lego Star Wars etc\pcconfig.txt

I even set it to read-only. No luck.

Doesn't look like the engine supports 4K then, my apologies.

Did you try creating a custom resolution with the Custom Resolution Utility?

This game came out when 1080p was king I highley doubt it will ever have 4k resolution it's just not in the games engine.

In my experience the game detects all resolutions supported by the video driver just fine, including 4k and 5k. What do you mean by forcing?

The game supports 4K now. It didn't when I wrote the comment.
