Character disappears on second level and can't continue

On the beginning of the second level I double jump on the two walls to the top then cling to the ledge but the character disappears halfway across the ledge and you can't continue after this. The game is broken and their is no way to contact customer support as it throws you to a Disney website and when it is time to choose platform you can't select anything on the page. Is there a fix for this glitch or what?
