How to fix "sluggish" mouse movement ? unplayable.

game seems to start and run normal except cursor moves only when moving mouse fast, if moving mouse slowly cursor doesnt move at all, im using Logitech G700, tried turning on and off mouse accelerations and tried all mouse acceleration on/off but the problem is only in this game, not in windows.

so it makes trying to play this game impossible, cannot target anywhere precise

April 2023, game runs out of the box with not need to fiddle with directories, changing polling rate in your Logitech settings works to make mouse movement feel better.
