Zen : Fish Sim. An apology from Kiss Ltd
Following the input from the Steam community and additional sources outside of Steam, Kiss Ltd has taken the decision to remove Zen Fish Sim from sale.

If you have already purchased Zen Fish Sim, you have 2 choices:
- You can keep the game. However, please note that there will be no further updates.
- You can request a refund. You will find a refund button on the store page or on your account page under 'Transactions'. The refund option will be available up to (and including) 21 October. The actual refund will occurs after that date.

Kiss would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

I don't know what does it mean...
Good on you, dev. I doubt it was of your own free will, but even then, the fact that this was removed shows some modicum of deceny. I didn't think you had it in you.

Not a decision by the "developer" I'm sure. This was publisher cleaning their hands off this garbage before they got sued over copyright infringements and get in more trouble down the line.

But I'm guessing we'll see another masterpiece by Killjoy on GL in a matter of days, with insulting amount copyright issues as it is tradition by now. Censored comment section of course.

No shame, right?

Just to clear things up. I am not the developer despite the tag stating that. I actually work for the publisher. Personally, I did not appreciate the developer's handling of the forums.

would there be any chance you could tell us how many steam sales of Zen Fish Sim were made?

Basically the game has become much more valuable to hardcore collectors now that it's being removed - good, bad or terrible.

Jay, I just wanted to say that this is the kind of thing that makes me want to look at the list of games that Kiss, Ltd, publishes, and buy some of them. Because I really do appreciate this sort of thinking from a publisher. You guys just got a "Class Act" star in my book.

They've never developed any other games before. Other than Air Control, which this game was a repeat of.

I am talking about the PUBLISHER, Kiss Ltd, not the developer.

So you removed game from Steam, will you remove it from sale on other resellers, like GMG?

They already have as best I can tell. (But then again, regional restrictions and pulled titles both give 404 errors on GMG). If they haven't pulled it, they have to. The game is using unlicensed copyrighted assets. Which is basically the same reason Stalin Vs. Martians was pulled from all stores.

thanks for being honest and upfront, it's quite refreshing.

lol, game was sold with silent agreement of this publisher, they both deserve nothing except of banning from whole game community. I will never believe that publisher didn't check game before placing it to the store. And moderators, who are publisher employees, previously blocked warnings about this game being scam. So I assume that this publisher KISS Ltd or whatever with developer placed this game here for scam purposes.
P.S.: Ok, copyrighted content may not be noticed on first try -- I will not find this out if you ask me. But OMG that ugly whole thing is absolutely inacceptable, how anyone can name this shіt "game".
