Server only gravity gun

How can I make an Half-Life 2: Deathmatch server with only the gravity gun as weapon?

You can use stripper to remove all other weapons from in game.

I've installed correctly Metamod:Source v1.10.4 and I've followed the istructions for Stripper:Source v1.2.2 but at server startup this message appears:

[META] Failed to load plugin addons/stripper/bin/stripper_mm: Failed to get API
[META] Loaded 0 plugins.

What can I do?
