blurred image and pink color

I reinstall OS and i have problem.
In some maps i have a blurred image and pink color in some fields.
Any idea?Thx

Usually this pink/black squares mean either textures are missing or graphics card settings are not set properly.

Update/install DirectX and grafx card drivers to latest version available for your grafx card.
Some bugs depend on type of graphics card and driver version.

Remove all custom graphics settings / config files first after doing a backup of them and let the game reinstall the standards automatically by just restarting the game.

If problem is still there try different graphics settings in options.
Sounds weird but you could just change all advanced grafx options except DirectX setting to something else and see if it has a positive effect on your problem.
If so you just have to find out which option in special was the problem by changing them back to old value one for one.

Happens when ALT-TABing out of the game and going back for me sometimes too.

Some maps which worked fine before simply have this bug on some textures after updates.
