That bug is so extremely old its laugh worthy, if anyone still needs a solution for there own server i advice installing the following plugin : https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=600521

the thing is i am not the main admin, just one of the lower level admins so i have no presmmision to chnage anything.

Then you should contact the main admin or the server owner and hand him the plugin, it will make sure all cheat commands are blocked off from regular players :)

the main hasent been on for a while, its also not hwat i a talking about just what you think of the command.

Add this to your server.cfg

//IMPULSE 51 cheat

sk_dynamic_resupply_modifier 0

To show this works I went on my own server and typed Impulse 51 in console, I was immediately kicked from the server, and on checking the server log I get this message.

L 01/12/2018 - 09:10:13: "[B.n.B] Steve<196><[U:1:10983479]><Unassigned>" disconnected (reason "IMPULSE Cheat Violation")
