I was just wondering if the Venzuelian economy has been adjusted to be the current poopy condition or if it is still in the older poopy condition? Been thinking of playing an economic go round.

I don't think so, most of the changes for the last year or so have been to stuff like leader portraits and some units and bug fixes. I don't think there have been much of any changes to things like economic conditions for quite some time.

I guess if you want to simulate an economic disaster, you can just destroy 90% of all production facilities in the country as soon as you start the game.
