I have the same issue, Ray DLC gives Retro Hero, and Retro Hero key doesn't work.

Got the same problem Ray DLC = retro DLC, and the retro DLC key = already used?

Hate to break it to you but... Humble Bumble accidently named the Retro dlc as Ray.
