Cities XXL: Patch #2

Hello everyone,

The patch #2 for Cities XXL is now automatically available on Steam.

Patch #2 release notes (18/02/2015):

General
- Fixed stretched UI (information and zoning panel).
- Fixed the "Remove cheat tokens" that didn't work under specific condition.
- Removed wrong version number.
- Various minor bug fixes.

Achievement
- Tweaked achievements:

Budget
Bronze: Own a budget of 500000 (requires a positive balance).
Silver: Own a budget of 10000000 (requires a positive balance).
Gold: Own a budget of 100000000 (requires a positive balance).

Trader
Bronze: Trade 1 token (requires a positive balance).
Silver: Trade 100 tokens (requires a positive balance).
Gold: Trade 200 tokens (requires a positive balance).

Bus
Bronze: Own 1 bus route (requires a positive balance).
Silver: Own 10 bus routes (requires a positive balance).
Gold: Own 50 bus routes (requires a positive balance).

Builder
Bronze: Own 1000 buildings in your town (requires a positive balance).
Silver: Own 3000 buildings in your town (requires a positive balance).
Gold: Own 5000 buildings in your town (requires a positive balance).

Let's ride!
Bronze: Own 10 kilometers of roads.
Silver: Own 50 kilometers of roads.
Gold: Own 200 kilometers of roads.

Community
- Added the official tag list for the UGC Manager.

Support
- Added an error message when a modded building need a dependency mod at the game launch.

Game freezes in the first loading screen now, great update! Now I dont have to get angry while playing it anymore.

verify game cache / remove all mods, give it a little while it has to load the game.

Since the patch it is not possible for me starting the game any more :(
I already reinstalled it an dissubscribed the mods

I've got jutty out greenery, and the road flashes now. Gunna try removing mods, deleting the mods folder, verify game cache, turn three times, spit for luck, and pray I dont hyave loose my games again.

I loved this game for most part but it really beginning to annoy me like XL did which is one of the biggest reason why I stopped playing it.

1. The Trading system confusing or not working
2. weird messages when placing Roads & bridges
3. Message #1 Invalid Juntion
4. Message #2 Not enough room for road
5. Message #3 Cannot place bridge on water (Makes No sense what so ever)

unfortunately u have to unsubscribe to mods, manually remove them (they not all in mods folder...)

Don't get me started, I truly hate this aspect of mods and patches. :(

its actually how steam workshop works... its this way for all games that support workshop, even when you unsubscribe they leave the stuff there for you to manually find and remove...
