Secret to Strong Bad?

Seriously, is there any trick to dealing with his AI (playing on Hard)? I've got all of the other characters figured out, but I can't seem to get him. He goes all in on the blinds with crap, but usually gets at least a straight. He either folds immediately or gets into a betting war when I try to scare him off the pot. How the heck do I deal with this guy?

He doesn't know how to play poker and just does random stuff (a bit less random than max but still) so he's dangerous. that's all i can really say
