FOV that is less than the default 80 may make movement more sluggish.
FOV that is larger than the default 80 may make movement faster.

FOV at 65 is not as quick in BO3 as it was in previous CODs.

well for maybe the first time ever, geforce experience settings were not complete ♥♥♥♥. Went from 60-70 to 90-110 using their settings. Which let me re-enable some things to bring it back down to ~80 with better quality

may be a good baseline for tweaking

(this was on a campaign mission with a 970)

VideoMemory (in config.ini file) allows you to set the fraction of video memory usage to target.

setting shadows to high instead of extra fixed most of my lag issues esp in sp.

Also for you i5 users, modify config to read 2 threads instead of 4 in multithread....seems to fix the i5 problem. Treyarch is aware.

Anything you can do in config to offload or reduce the GPU from having to render will make the gameplay better, Blood, ragdoll, sun, shading, water...any of those effects that really aren't need can be set to 0....

Dirt Nasty, I didn't try out those 2 things yet. Will have to test.
Somebody posted that the latest Catalyst driver makes the game better for AMD users too.
