If I buy this...
Will I have two Sleeping Dogs games in my library, considering I already own the Standard game back from 2012 ?

Hi there,

There will indeed be two entries in your Steam library. You won't be able import your save game.

Yep, achievements are separate! Just one thing to bear in mind - although the achievements haven't changed in name, you'll need to complete or acquire the DLC content for some of them.
