start up error..

Everytime i try to play, I get an error that says: ERROR: Tbase\AsciiSerializer.cpp (line 711): Xml 'C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/userdata/185125399/307290/local/Settings.TXmlObject' parse failed: Error document empty.
Iv tried uninstalling it, and reinstalling it, and it tells me the same thing. Help?

Just delete the settings file and it will be regenerated when you restart the game. I mean this one: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/userdata/185125399/307290/local/Settings.TXmlObject

For some reason the writing of that settings file has failed. Reasons might be disk full, shutdown, kill Velvet Sundown at the wrong time, etc. Nothing fatal anyways.
