Some questions regarding achievements

So, I'm only missing four achievements right now (Fire, Builder, True Ending, Enchant).

1. I completed the game three times until now and I had an artifact with me once. During the final cutscene I noticed that I now have one out of four or five artifacts. Are these different artifacts (I got mine in the forest, so do I have to find it somewhere else or is every artifact the same and I only have to complete the game multiple times while having an artifact)?

2. I guess I'll get the true ending as soon as I collect all artifacts, is that correct?

3. For 'Enchant' it says I have to 'unlock' everything. Do I still have to collect every enchantment at least once or will this be unnecessary?

4. I have no idea how 'Fire' works. I thought I have to kill every single one of those small guys that die in one hit (in the starting area) while having a burning spear, but it seems that this is not the right way to get it. A brief explanation would be great.

1. One artifact piece is spawned per run at a random place in the world. You have to beat the game with each artifact piece to "acquire" it.

2. Don't want to give anything away ;)

3. You unlock more enchantments/equipment each time you beat the game. Beat the game enough, and you'll have unlocked them all.

4. That is how to get it! You have to make sure you get every single one though, so I'm guessing you didn't manage to track them all down.

Well, thanks for the quick answer. It helps a lot and yeah, it seems that I missed the villager on the left in the starting area. Got it this time!
